Brightseeker Cookie Guide — Skills, Synergy & Best Teams

Brightseeker Cookie is the new TSSR Light Shooter: Satellite Shock skill, Duration synergy, base stats and the best teams to build around her.

Brightseeker Cookie is the TSSR headliner of the August 27 update — a Light-element Shooter with the longest practical range in the game and a drone-heavy skill kit. She is the second "Alternative" Cookie to join after Oven Wanderer, and her banner is the main reason to spend Crystals this patch.

Satellite Shock — skill breakdown

Brightseeker's skill, Satellite Shock, works in two stages:

  1. Laser volley — she fires a bright light and summons Lollipop Drones that attack enemies with lasers, dealing damage to a single target and nearby enemies.
  2. Shockwave finish — the drones detonate with shockwaves, dealing additional damage around the target area.

Her 6.0 attack range lets her sit behind the frontline and keep firing while the tank holds aggro — positioning her at maximum range is the key to keeping her alive in boss stages.

Synergy: Duration

Brightseeker consumes the Duration synergy and grants none, so she needs teammates that supply it:

  • Duration providers: Cheerleader Cookie, Coffee Cookie, Milk Cookie's Crunchy Strong Pediatrician
  • Other Long-range partners: any Shooter that benefits from extended uptime, such as Wind Archer Cookie or Melon Soda Cookie

Coffee Cookie is the cheapest Duration enabler and also keeps energy flowing, making her Brightseeker's best budget partner.

Best teams for Brightseeker Cookie

  • Light DPS core: Brightseeker + Cheerleader Cookie (Duration) + a Light tank like Tea Knight Cookie, rounded out with a healer.
  • Long-range artillery: Brightseeker + Coffee Cookie (Duration) + Melon Soda Cookie — keep everyone at range and let the drones do the work.
  • Guild Raid pick: Brightseeker pairs well with Tea Knight Cookie's Boss-damage buff for the Piñata fight.

As a Light Cookie she deals bonus pressure against Dark enemies, and the official patch notes highlight her as a strong pick for the EXP dungeon, whose boss is weak to Light.

Is she worth pulling?

Yes — she is the strongest single-target Shooter added so far, with a kit that works in stages, dungeons and Guild Raid. If you can only pity one banner this patch, Brightseeker is the default choice over the SSR banners.
