Devsisters confirmed during its Q2 2026 earnings call that the first CookieRun: Crumble update arrives on August 13, and that new content will follow every two weeks from there.

For an idle game built around collecting Cookies and Pets, that cadence matters: it means fresh banners, new units and events on a predictable schedule — and a good reason to keep your account stocked with Crystals.

What Devsisters actually said

In its second-quarter report (published August 6–7, 2026), Devsisters shared three things worth knowing:

  1. First update: August 13. The first content drop is confirmed for that date.
  2. Two-week content cadence. After the first update, new content ships roughly every two weeks.
  3. Crumble is the company's key rebound title. Devsisters posted Q2 revenue of 52.7 billion KRW with an operating loss of 16 billion KRW, and is counting on CookieRun: Crumble to turn things around. It plans user-acquisition marketing in South Korea, the US and Taiwan.

The company also noted that CookieRun: Crumble surpassed 1,000,000 cumulative users within four days of launch — context that explains why it's getting this kind of update support.

What this means for players

  • Expect new Cookies and Pets around August 13. With a two-week update rhythm, August is likely to see at least one new banner window.
